There are four cottages at Basin Howe Farm which is a remote location. <br />Amber Cottage is the most suitable for guests with mobility or walking difficulties.<br />Guests can be dropped at the end of a gently sloping paved path. There is a double width doorway <br />with low threshold. Ground floor areas are all level. Oak flooring in spacious barn living/dining area<br />Large ground floor double bedroom with Super King zip n link beds and access to generous wet room<br />Wet room equipped with grab rails and shower stool and plenty of room for a carer.<br />Second bedroom is on the 1st Floor mezzanine.<br />Level access to patio area which is a mix of paving and gravel.<br />Motion detectors fitted to outside lighting - not dawn to dusk<br />The car parking area is generous and close to the cottage but it is loose stone, not tarmac.<br />Other paths around the farm and garden are gravel or grass.<br />Mobile phone reception is erratic especially inside the stone barns.
