A spacious and comfy ground floor room is available for any guests who might find difficulty in accessing the stairs to other rooms. This room can be set up as either a twin or a king room. It is on the same level as the guest lounge, bar and dining room. We are happy to discuss specific access requirements with you prior to your arrival in order to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. These can include exact measurements of door width, shower step in height, bed height, etc. <br /><br />When you are here we can give you a tour of the building and your room and also devise a personal evacuation plan with you in case of emergencies. A full access statement is available from our website.<br /><br />Phoenix Court doesn't have a lift but we are more than happy to carry bags to your room if this would be helpful.<br /><br />We are linked to Scarborough Shop Mobility and so, can reserve motorised or manual wheelchairs for you during your stay. <br />
