Welcome to Ivy Dene Guest House Scarborough. Near to the Railway Station and Stephen Joseph Theatre, Ivy Dene is the perfect location from which to enjoy all that Scarborough has to offer.

Ivy Dene is set within the conservation area of West Square. All of the town's main atractions are within easy walking distance - the beaches, castle, theatres, shops and restaurants.

New owners Janet and Jeff offer comfortable rooms, friendly service and hearty home-cooked breakfasts.

At Ivy Dene, all guest accommodation is on the first and second floors. There are no guest bedrooms on the ground floor.

Ivy Dene welcomes single travellers, couples and small family groups. Visitors with babies are requested to bring their own travel cots and baby bedding if needed (this is for reasons of hygiene).

A left luggage service is also available, both for guests staying at Ivy Dene, and for day visitors to Scarborough.
