Seagull House provides spacious holiday accommodation incorporating lounge, dining/kitchen facilities, utility, 4 bedrooms, a shower room and bathroom. A short walk to the harbour, the cottage has splendid views of Whitby Abbey and St Mary's Church. Located off the top of Silver Street in the town centre, close to shops, leisure centre and Pannett Park.
The cottage has recently had a new shower and bathroom refit and is decorated and furnished to a high standard.
Seagull House will provide the perfect base from which to explore Whitby and the surrounding North Yorkshire Countryside.
There is disabled level access at the rear into an enclosed private patio area with garden furniture and barbecue with one step from rear porch. Sunny seating area to the front of the property. On-street parking facilities are available outside the property and private parking by arrangement.
A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are provided. Non-smokers only. A selection of children's games and DVD's are provided.
Well-behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement but not allowed upstairs.

From the south take the A64 from York to Malton, then the A169 via Pickering, or; from the North take the A19 to Middlesbrough, then the A171 via Guisborough.
By Public Transport:
From any network rail station via Middlesbrough or from Pickering by steam train on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. By bus: From Middlesbrough or Scarborough with Arriva buses numbers 5, 5A, x, 93, X93 or from Leeds with Yorkshire Coastliner. Buses no 840 via Malton.
