A beautifully presented 2 bedroomed cottage, situated in the old part of town, near the famous 199 Abbey steps.

Refurbished with modern facilities but retaining old features such as the beamed ceilings in the bedrooms.

Small garden at the front and just 40 yards from the small beach, Tate Hill Sands.

Plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shopsin the near vicinity.

For anyone with mobility needs or for an extra person, a fold up single bed can be used in the lounge downstairs, where the bathroom is also located.

Notes

A public walkway leads down to the cottage from the nearest unloading place, this is approximatley 40 metres. The entrance into the cottage is level with the walkway.

We can provide a single bed to use downstairs for anyone not able to negotiate the stairs.
We have found this useful in the past as the bathroom is downstairs.
