A pretty collection of Yorkshire stone cottages all cleverly converted from old farm buildings and ideally situated just outside the village of Scalby near Scarborough. All these well appointed cottages have been furnished and equipped to exacting and high standards by the on site owners.
All have their own secure private gardens with garden furniture barbeques and each has a sunny aspect together with outstanding open views across the surrounding countryside. There is ample private parking outside each cottage and plenty of bicycle storage if required.
Internally all the properties are modern and stylish having good quality furnishings throughout. They have the advantage of under floor heating and double glazed windows making them ideal winter retreats. Good quality cots, highchairs, fold up beds and sofa beds are available free of charge. Two cottages offer ground floor accommodation. Only a short 15 minute drive into Scarborough and its lovely sandy beaches and bustling town yet only 25 minutes from Whitby. Dalby Forest is on your doorstep with the famous 'Go Ape' and a must for mountain bikers. There are plenty of walks from the cottages and amenities in the nearby villages of Burniston or Scalby. The stunning coastline of Filey and Bridlington are in the other direction and for those interested in city life, York is only 55 minutes away.
Whether you are searching for exhilarating walks, castles, relaxing beaches, superb views or just a traditional seaside holiday you can do it all from Low Moor holiday cottages.
