'Scarborough Fair' is located near the Harbour & Beach (2 mins walk) in the Old Town of Scarborough...close to where the original Scarborough Fair was held.

The property is a recently renovated double-fronted Georgian Town House
boasting a stunning sea-view kitchen and conservatory, with 3 good-sized bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests in comfort and luxury.

It also has a gorgeous high-spec bathroom with a bath, separate enclosed shower, W.C. wash basin and a body dryer set in the ceiling. There is also a separate cloakroom which has a W.C., wash basin and hand dryer

The master bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed. There are a further two bedrooms on 2nd floor. The first of which has twin beds and the second a ‘zip & link’ bed (which can be used as either two singles or a double). The bathroom is located on the first floor and a cloakroom on the ground floor.

The property offers lots of space to relax in the living and dining rooms, with settees and easy chairs and a log-burning stove for cooler evenings (2 baskets of wood provided). The conservatory opens onto a lovely seaward-facing patio complete with table & chairs.

1 well-behaved dog is permitted at no extra charge.

Parking on quiet street with 24 hour scratch cards supplied free for the duration of your stay.
