This apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, one en-suite and a family bathroom. A beutifully equipped kitchen dining has a glorious aspect looking directly out onto the renowned St Martins Church through a large bay with traditional sash windows. The apartment is on the main floor of Easby Hall so that only the front steps of the hall need to be negotiated. Easby Hall is located just off the esplanade directly over the Spa complex but conveniently close to the excellent shops on Ramshill Road.

From the railway station or the centre of town proceed over vally bridge towards Fily on the Filey/Ramshill Road. At the top of the hill turn into Albion Road and almost direct;ly into Craven Street. Easby Hall is then 50 yards on ypur left on the corner of Craven Street and Montpellier Terrace/St Martins Avenue.
