  French door open onto a large secure balcony, only shared with the room next door. Seating is available for guest use.
  
  As with all rooms this room is en-suite with a bath, and offers a flatscreen colour TV, and refreshment tray as well as hairdryer, mini fridge and binochulars.

  This beautiful single bedroom offers some of the best views of the house. Situated on the top floor of the house (5 flights of stairs) you can enjoy harbour and beach front views all the way to Flamborough Head.
  
  This room is en-suite with a shower, and offers tea and coffee making facilities and flatscreen colour TV with remote control, as well as hairdryer, mini fridge and binochulars.
