• Located on the first floor verandah overlooking the courtyard. This is a comfortable room with a king-size four poster bed and en-suite facilities with a bath. This room also has a two seater sofa, remote control 26" colour LCD TV with freeview, hospitality tray and hairdryer.
  
  Please note that for the comfort and benefit of all our guests we do not accept babies, children or pets in this room and we are a strictly non-smoking establishment throughout.

Balcony Suite Details

• Double room sleeps 2
• You will need to have a head for heights when you climb the exterior stairs that lead up to this two storey suite on the third and fourth floors of The Windmill tower. This suite is for two adults only and a balcony surrounds the whole of The Windmill with 360 degree views over Scarborough.
  
  On one level there is a king-size double bed with en-suite shower room. Internal stairs take you to the floor above and a compact open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen contains a conventional cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a remote control 26" LCD TV with Freeview and DVD in the lounge area.
  
  There is free parking in the courtyard and a hearty homemade breakfast is taken in the base of The Windmill.
  
  There is a charge for electricity used taken by meter readings at the beginning and end of a stay as you are completely self contained but for one night stays there is no fuel charge and for 2 or more nights the first £5 is free.
  
  For reasons of safety, children/babies or pets are NOT permitted in this suite and for the comfort and benefit of all our guests, we are a strictly non-smoking establishment throughout.
  
• Shower en suite, Non-smoking room, King-sized bed, Scenic view, En suite room
• Prices (per room per night for bed & breakfast)
• Located on the 3rd and 4th floors of The Windmill Tower and on two floors, this suite is for adults only and completely Non-Smoking and for everyone's safety we do not permit the use of candles.
  Sorry we do not accept pets, babies or children in this suite.
  Electricity used is determined by meter reading and charged accordingly. For one night stays there is no fuel charge and for two or more first £5 use is free.

Cornflower 1 Details

• Suite room sleeps 4+1
• Absolutely brand new for 2012, a 3 bedroomed, gas centrally heated, ground floor cottage with open plan kitchen lounge diner. This accommodation caters for up to 4 adults and one child under 12 years.
  
  Bedroom one has a four poster bed with adjoining single bedroom for one child under 12 years of age. These bedrooms have a shared bathroom with shower, handbasin and toilet. There are LCD TVs in both bedrooms and each room has a wardrobe and dressing table.
  
  Bedroom three has 2 single beds with en-suite shower bathroom, wardrobe and LCD TV.
  
  The kitchen area is equipped with conventional oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer. The dining room/lounge area has a large LCD TV and DVD player.
  
  This Cottage has gas central heating and fuel used during your stay is determined by meter reading and charged accordingly. For one night stays there is no fuel charge and for 2 or more nights the first £5 is free.
  
  This Cottage is strictly non-smoking and sorry we do not single sex groups or pets.

Cornflower 2 Details

• This suite on two levels and is on the first and second floors of The Windmill tower. On one level is an open plan lounge/diner and kitchen area - the kitchen consists of microwave, conventional oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In the lounge area there is a remote control 26" LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player.
  
  The floor above, reached by internal stairs, consists of a bedroom with king-size bed and fold-up travel cot for a baby under 2 years (we ask guests to bring baby's own linen). The en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower with hand basin and toilet.
