Scarborough Maritime Heritage Centre
Scarborough Maritime Heritage Centre has an exhibition and information on the history of ship building, fishing and the maritime life of the port and harbour going back to the Romans and Vikings.
In November 2011 the museum was granted charitable status by the Charity Commission.
