Hidden Heritage Walk: South Cliff
Experience the splendor of the South Cliff with its romantic gardens, famous architecture and stunning views. Approx 3 hour walk.

Hidden Heritage Walk: North Bay
Explore the magnificence of the North Bay with its panoramic views, ornamental gardens and Victorian architecture. Approx 3 hour walk.

Horrid History Walk: Join our costumed (CRB checked) tour guide as he delves deep into Scarborough’s horrible past in search of smugglers long lost treasure.

Help your guide, the customs officer, solve his informant's list of quirky riddles as you unearth a wealth of fascinating historical facts about Scarborough's medieval old town. Approx 1¼ hour walk.

All walks are on footpaths. Walks include steps and a few winding sloped paths. Walking style shoes are ideal but not necessary. Above walking times are approximate and depend on time spent at points of interest and viewpoints.

During the spring and summer Hidden Heritage Walks stop for a tea and a scone for 30 minutes during the walk (tea/scone included in the price).

Hidden Heritage Walks: £8.50 per person (includes pot of tea & homemade scone along the route) or £7.00 per person during winter months (tea & scone not available).

Horrid History Walk: adults £3.50, children £2.50, family ticket (2 adults & 2 children) £10.

Walks to be booked in advance, thank you.

Tickets can be purchased from the tour guide or at our town centre office in Scarborough.

Notes Walks take place daily throughout the year (weather depending). Advance booking only.

All of our walks start from our office in Queen Street which is in the town centre. Customers can leave their luggage in our office during their guided walk (no extra charge).

Umbrellas are provided if it’s raining (no extra charge).

Entrance to our office is through a white archway on Queen Street on the same side of the road as the Boyes store and Methodist Church. Please go through the white archway and turn right at the end, there you will see a main door with an intercom, please press Suite 7 on your arrival.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your walk starts.

By Road:
From the A64 from York enter Scarborough on Seamer Road. Continue on this road following signs for Town Centre. At the second set of traffic lights turn right onto Falsgrave Road and left onto the B1364 Victoria Road just after Sainsbury's. Proceed through the main set of traffic lights onto Castle Road and over the mini roundabout. Turn right onto Queen Street and our office can be found through a archway next to A Touch of Thai.

Public transport:
Scarborough is served by a regular train service from York operated by First Pennine Express
Many local buses drop off on Queen Street at Boyes department store which is very close to the office.

The entrance to our office is through a white archway (look out for our logo). Please go through the white archway and turn right at the end, there you will see a main door with an intercom, please press Suite 7 on your arrival.

Parking : with charge

Accessible by Public Transport : 1 mile (1.6 kms) from Scaborough station

Hot Desk is booked out on an hourly rate of £2 p/h includes free wifi, use of a desk, monitor, sofa, mobile/laptop charging, access to a kitchen and WC.
